Request account deletion
GameMate is operated by The Walker Group, Oklahoma, United States. This request route is available without signing in to GameMate.
Send your request
Email thewalkergroup.gamemate@gmail.com with the subject GameMate account deletion request. Include the email address used for your GameMate account. If you send from a different address, we may ask you to verify control of the account email before proceeding.
Prepare deletion-request email
This button opens an email draft in your email app. It does not send the request or delete anything automatically. Review and send the email to submit your request. If no email app opens, copy the address above and send the message yourself.
Do not include passwords, login codes, payment details, or identity documents in your email.
What happens next
We review the request and verify account ownership. We then remove the account and its associated active data, subject to any applicable legal obligation to retain specific records. We will respond to the request through the verified contact address within the applicable period. The automatic in-app deletion option is not enabled during this beta.
For the current account/profile beta, associated active data includes the sign-in account; private birthday, consent and timezone records; saved profile, onboarding preferences and quiz responses; and any wallet/cosmetic-ownership records. No live community posts, chats, or call recordings are part of this beta.
Technical logs and any provider-managed residual copies follow the applicable provider lifecycle; they do not necessarily disappear instantly with the active account. Information kept for a specific unresolved security incident, dispute or legal duty is restricted to that purpose and the necessary period. Removing the app from your phone or logging out does not delete a cloud account. Contact us if you need to correct a request or ask about its status.
