GameMate Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GameMate, operated by The Walker Group in Oklahoma, United States. Contact: thewalkergroup.gamemate@gmail.com. Our Privacy Policy is available at Privacy Policy.
1. Adults only
The initial beta is available only to invited participants located in the United States. You must be at least 18 to use any part of GameMate, including Gaming Friends. Provide your real date of birth and accurate eligibility information. Do not use someone else's details or help an under-18 person access the service. Dating features, when available, require the additional eligibility checks shown in the app. Email verification alone does not establish age or identity.
2. Your account
Register with an email address you control, verify it, and keep your password and login codes private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. Do not buy, sell, share, or impersonate another person's account.
3. What this beta provides
The current beta supports account/profile setup, saved preferences, an optional personality quiz, privacy preferences, and previews of prepared cosmetic animations. Live matching, community profiles, posting, messaging, squads, calls, advertising, and purchases are not available merely because a preview panel or catalog mentions them.
Features may change during testing. We will identify unfinished or simulated features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that beta progress will survive a necessary reset; any proposed reset of cloud data requires clear advance notice and appropriate handling of personal information.
4. Community conduct
Do not use GameMate to harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate against, scam, exploit, or impersonate people. Do not post or solicit sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, unlawful material, private personal information about others, or content you do not have permission to share. Do not distribute malware, spam members, manipulate rewards, evade restrictions, or attack the service.
Report safety concerns through the reporting tools when available or thewalkergroup.gamemate@gmail.com. Do not use GameMate as an emergency service. We may investigate reports and restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules, protect people, or comply with law. If you believe an account action was made in error, email the support contact to request a review.
5. Your profile and content
You retain ownership of your content. You give us permission to store, process, and display the information you choose to submit only as needed to provide GameMate, respect your applicable settings, and operate necessary safety/support functions. This permission is not a license to sell your content for unrelated purposes.
Only submit content you have the right to use. Do not assume that another member's age, identity, intentions, compatibility, or trustworthiness has been independently verified unless a specific, accurate verification description says so. Personality badges are entertainment features, not professional assessments or guarantees of compatibility.
Before public posts, media sharing, messages, or calls are enabled, the applicable content permissions, moderation rules, deletion behavior, and service-provider disclosures will be finalized and presented where needed.
6. Coins and cosmetics
Real purchases and rewarded advertising are not active in this beta. Previewing an effect does not spend coins. No live reward can be earned by pressing a simulated completion button.
When enabled, a completed and server-verified rewarded ad earns 15 GameMate coins, with at most four rewarded ads per local day, resetting at the account timezone's local midnight. Leaving an ad before completion earns no reward. Coins are in-app units, not money, and are not redeemable for cash or transferable between members unless GameMate explicitly offers that feature.
Approved catalog prices are 90 coins each for Floating Hearts, Falling Stars, Butterflies, Purple Lightning, Snowfall, and Fireflies; 150 for Creeping Hands / Scratching; 200 per Realistic Lightning color; 120 per Enchanted Butterflies color; and 175 per Screen Ripper color. Mystic Cats has no finalized price and is unavailable for purchase. Prices and availability must be shown before a transaction is confirmed.
Any future paid feature will present the applicable price, billing, refund, cancellation, and account-closure terms before confirmation. Nothing in this draft waives mandatory consumer rights.
7. Closing your account
Contact thewalkergroup.gamemate@gmail.com to request deletion. Use the account-deletion request page to prepare your request. We will verify ownership before deleting account data; see the Privacy Policy for retention criteria. The automatic in-app deletion option is not enabled in this beta. Deleting the app from your phone does not itself delete a cloud account.
We may suspend access for serious misuse or legal/security reasons. Any retention after account closure must be limited to disclosed, legitimate purposes and applicable obligations.
8. Changes and legal terms
We will identify the published terms' effective date and notify users of material changes as appropriate. For questions or disputes about this beta, contact the support email below. You do not give up the right to contact a regulator or use any remedy available under applicable law by contacting us first. These beta terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
Applicable United States federal and state law continues to apply. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit. These terms do not add a contractual liability cap or require an exclusive court.
